How to submit a work order using K4Community Voice

Your K4Community Alexa device can help you alert your community team to tasks that need attention around your home. 

To create a work order: 

  1. Say “Alexa, create a work order.” 
  2. Provide a category. Alexa will provide some category options and ask which category you’d like to create the work order under. 
  3. Describe the problem. Alexa will ask you to describe the problem you need addressed. If she needs more details, she’ll ask for those. 
  4. Verify the work order details. Alexa will review the details of the work order including the category, description, and details. 
  5. Confirm work order creation. Alexa will ask to confirm that you’d like to create the work order now. 

Once you’ve created the work order, you can also ask Alexa for the status. 

Work orders cannot be canceled or edited via Voice. To cancel or edit a work order, please reach out to community staff.
