Overview
When posting an announcement in K4Community Team Hub Post Manager, the Twilio integration allows staff to an SMS text notification to all residents with a valid mobile phone number listed in the K4Community directory, increasing reach and communication with residents so they never miss important news.

Implementation
Provide K4Connect with the Twilio account details and we’ll set up and manage the integration connections. From there, any time the “Send app push notification” checkbox is checked, a notification will be sent via SMS text to all valid cell phone numbers as well as via the K4Community Plus app.
