For more information and to enable TheWorxHub, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Staff Experience
Once enabled, the Yardi dashboard will remain as the single source of information. This means that K4Community/Team Hub acts as a pass-through of information and respective community staff do not have to access K4Community to manage Yardi information. All management should be conducted in the Yardi dashboard.
Resident Experience
With Yardi, residents are able to easily submit work and keep up to date with the status of their orders in K4Community Plus from the Requests section of the app.
